Every two weeks we will contact our friends from Zaragoza via skype and we will exchange the information we gathered.
To start with, both we and the Spanish prepared a quiz. They prepared the quiz on Rijeka and we prepared the quiz on Zaragoza. This is what we learnt about the city of Zaragoza while preparing the questions for them:
Zaragoza is situated in the northeast of Spain, between Barcelona and Madrid. It is located in the Spanish province of Aragon.
The patron saint of Zaragoza is San Valero and there is a lion on the flag of the city. At the beginning of October there is a festival by the name of Fiestas del Pilar. The cathedral in Zaragoza is called La Seo. One of the most famous monuments is the stone bridge called Puente de Piedra.
