First we rolled the dough with a roller. When it was thin enough, we took a cutter and cut out the cookies. Then we put some marmalade in the middle of the cookies and folded them. We made a nice pattern with a fork. Then the teacher put the tray full of cookies into the oven. We continued making cookies for another tray. When they were baked, we sprinkled some icing sugar and tasted them. They were delicious. We repeated the procedure until we ran out of dough. We made 4 trays of cookies.
