Present Simple or Present Continuous?

When do we use these two tenses? Do you know the rules? (Pr. Simple)

Are you still learning them? How is it going? (Pr. Continuous)

 for actions that happen again and again

 for actions happening now

 never, rarely, sometimes, often,   usually,  normally, always, every ____,  on Sunday, once/twice a week, . . .

 now, right now, at the moment, today,  Listen! Look!
